We want you to love your Derma Relief products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

Product must be unused and in original packaging

All accessories and free gifts included

How to Initiate a Return

Order number

Reason for return

Photos (if damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos — we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for refund and place a new order.
