At Derma Relief, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase — as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request cancellation, contact our support team right away with your order details.
Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may return items under our Refund & Return Policy.
